When Paul was 11-years-old he was a member of his junior school team that won the Welsh National Book Quiz, and with it an all-inclusive five star trip to Amsterdam.
This should have given him the inspiration to be an author- but it took another 34 years.
In between he graduated as a journalist and embarked on a 25-year tv career as a producer-director, travelling the World and making some of the most popular children’s shows, history documentaries, and travel and property programmes on Welsh and network television.
A passion for history, geography, and all things peculiarly paranormal made him come up with ‘Joni Jones and the Ghost Train‘ during the lockdown summer of 2020.
